Search Unit of Radio & Television Operators throughout Peru
In order to unify the local broadcasters from all over Peru to participate in institutionally country's democratic life, discuss and propose changes in legislation and regulation of telecommunications, defense-states-through a formal organization and representative National Media Coordinator, Peru, is organizing the First National Congress of Radio and Television to be held in Lima on 16, 17 and June 18, 2011.
The program includes speakers at the event as outstanding professionals and high level officials of the MTC, INDECOPI, UNI, and IPYS ESAN, the same who will discuss issues of great importance for broadcasters.
This confirmed the participation of Dr. Manuel Cipriano Pirgo, Director General of Telecommunications Authority, Ministry of Transport and Communications, who will present policies on licensing and regulation of broadcasting services.
